It is a unique privilege to be on this team and we are looking for athletes who are aligned with and dedicated to our goals. If you have read the document linked above and can make this commitment, please continue with this application.

Due to the high number of applications we receive, not all applicants will be added to the team. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Applications which do not include signed waivers for all youth applicants and adult riders will not be considered. Priority is given to families who are currently in VeloLove.

Selected applicants will receive an email invitation to join the team, including instructions for completing the registration process. If you are invited to the team but don't register by the deadline provided, you will not be eligible for participation.

Insurance All athletes and adults who ride with VeloLove are required to have health insurance coverage. It is HIGHLY recommended that you create a USAC membership. A basic USAC membership is $20-$40 depending on the membership. In addition to the other race/event benefits, this membership provides essential healthcare coverage for accidents. Note- If you plan to race the ICup race series, you will need a USAC membership.

I understand that winter training is a requirement for members of the VeloLove Elite team.

I attest that I will be able to attend at least 2 training sessions a week at the Orem Recreation Center. 

The schedule for spin classes is set for Tuesday/Thursday from 6-7pm

Preference points will be given to families who have a parent/s who ride with the team. We utilize parents as coaches and ride leaders for our groups.

It is a requirement for all athletes to have a CURRENT team kit. If you have a jersey/kit from a previous year, you will still need to buy this year's jersey. This is required so that we can support the sponsors who support us.

We also have adult kits AND we added coach shop shirts -- wear them on our rides, at races, or to the office. 

If you are given a spot on the team, you will receive an email with a link to order cycling kits.

A parent (or both parents if desired) will also need to download Slack to receive team communications.
