MOAEYC Early Childhood Advocate
The Early Childhood Advocate Award recognizes a person that promotes and advocates for the general welfare and high quality care and education of young children.  Their work exemplifies a passion for early childhood care and education: working to make a positive impact on early childhood education in their community, region or across Missouri.

Nominations can be made by an individual who has direct knowledge of the nominee's work supporting early childhood care and education. The person nominated does not have to work directly in the field of early childhood education. Self nominations are accepted.

The award recipient will be recognized and receive a commemorative plaque and a cash honorarium at the MOAEYC Annual Event on Friday, March 8, 7:30-10:00 pm. The recipient of this award will be featured in a press release in the MOAEYC newsletter.
