Vendors agree to pay a $150 fee to join.

Vendors agree to set up before the activities of the day begin and stay open until at least 6 pm and no later than 11 pm.

Vendors who stay the weekend set up Friday 9 am and breakdown Sunday 2 pm.

Saturday Only agree to set up at 8 am and stay open until at least 6 pm and no later than 11 pm.

Vendors must have their own durable easy up style tent with weights and walls to bring down for closing times. Vendors are responsible for their own lighting and extension cords (power available).

Vendors may have 1-2 additional staff/ helpers throughout the event. If additional staff/ helpers are expected everyone must CARPOOL!

Primitive tent camping and ONE car pass is included in fee. You are welcome to stay off site and come in and out daily.

Small camper vehicles must pay an additional fee. No large RV/rigs permitted on site.
