When is the BEST TIME to have BOARD MEETINGS?

The most convenient time for me is:

Early afternoons ...as in 1:30 pm

Evenings ..... as in 5:30 - 6:00 pm

Saturday or Sunday is the only time that works for me

It doesn't matter as I do not attend anyway.

Late...as in 7 pm

Official Zoom meetings would involve investing in proper equipment. It was done during COVID with borrowed equipment as a 'stop gap' but that was never a permanent solution. Do you want the BOD to consider buying the necessary technology to facilitate zoom meetings and make the motions to make this a permanent solution?

Yes - the convenience makes the cost and effort worthwhile

I need Zoom. It is my only option of attending the meetings

I can attend meetings but I like Zoom better as I like to be in my home

I would like to a recording of the Zoom meeting and do not need it live

I do not like Zoom at all and would never use it.

Were you able to view the information posted online including the video of the Open Meeting of May 10th?
