State Fair - Advisor Sign-up for Shows & Judging
We are looking for volunteer Ag Teachers/FFA advisors to assist with the FFA Livestock Shows and to judge static exhibits at the State Fair. Please fill out the information below to denote interest in a particular area.

Any ag teachers that are willing to help out with the FFA Livestock Shows, please select which ones you're interested in assisting with. THIS IS ONLY FOR TEACHERS HELPING WITH THE SHOWS – NOT JUST TO GET INTO THE FAIR FOR FREE! The State Fair has been very good to us in providing free admission to all of our workers. Please select N/A if you are not interested in assisting with any of the livestock shows. We need help for the following shows:

Beef Show: Friday @ 8:00 am, DEX - 4 advisors
Sheep Show: Saturday @ 8:00 am, 4-H Livestock Show Ring - 4 advisors
Meat Goat Show: Saturday @ 1:00 pm, 4-H Show Ring - 4 advisors
Rabbit Show: Saturday @ 5:00 pm, Rabbit Barn- 2 advisors
Dairy Goat Show: Sunday @ 5:00 pm, 4-H Show Ring - 4 advisors
Swine Show: Monday @ 7:30 am, OC Swine Barn - 4 advisors
Dairy Cattle Show: Monday @ 8:30 am, OC Dairy Barn - 2 advisors

Ag exhibits are judged on Thursday at 12 pm. Judging will take place in the FFA exhibit building (next to the FFA Ag Adventure Center) and should take an hour or less depending on the number of entries. Rubrics and score sheets will be provided to all judges. Please select N/A if you are not interested in assisting with any of the static exhibits. We are looking for judges for the following areas:

Horticulture (corsages/boutonnieres, floral arrangements, hanging baskets, decorative baskets, etc.)
