Event Details:
Date: Saturday, October 28th, 2023
Setup Time: 1:00 PM - 2:45 PM - We ask that you are fully set up and ready to go by 2:45 PM at the latest.
Event Time: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Location: On the Birch Bay Berm Pathway. Treat stops will be spaced out on the berm from the south end near Terrell Creek with the stops ending at the Birch Bay Library Property located at 7948 Birch Bay Drive.

The Birch Bay Chamber of Commerce will assign each registrant a spot on the Berm to set up their treat stop. If you have a preferred location, please let us know.

Each registrant is responsible for setting up a pop-up tent, decorating & providing treats for their location. We urge you to be as creative as possible and think of your pop-up tent as a tiny open-air haunted house. Spooky is OK, but please remember this is an event designed for children!

Please make your booth WALK THROUGH rather than WALK BY. With the pathway being only 12' wide this is essential to keep the traffic flowing.

Please plan for 1200+ participants - especially if the weather turns out to be as beautiful as possible.
