The Pine Valley Bible Conference Center Food Service Staff is able to accommodate people in our group who have special diet needs in two ways: by providing enough variety in the menu from which you may choose, and by making substitutions for some (although not all) menu items in order to provide well-rounded meals. The Food Service Staff can accommodate the following five special diet needs: 1) gluten allergy, 2) dairy allergy, 3) nut allergy, 4) egg allergy, and 5) vegetarian.
