The newly elected St. Francis de Sales Catholic Academy Family Association Executive Board is looking to gather some feedback on approach to fundraising.  This feedback may result in a recommendation to consider changes in the future.  We would appreciate your input.

For purposes of this survey, please review the following terms and consider them in your responses throughout:
The St. Francis de Sales Catholic Academy has Major Fundraising Events such as:
1. Annual Golf Outing
2. Card Party
3. Franny Fun Run

The St. Francis de Sales Catholic Academy also has several Smaller Fundraising Activities such as:
1. Fall Flower Sale
2. Wreath Sale
3. Christmas Boutique

There are a fair amount of fundraising events and activities at SFDSCA *
