Individual Release Agreement: I, the parent or legal guardian of the above student(s), understand that participation in Road Show, Inc. involves physical and mental activity, along with, but not limited to choreography, singing, additional planned travel, performance opportunities, team building and more. I hereby release, hold-harmless and waive all claims associated with these activities, which I may have against Road Show, Inc, its employees, contracted artists, officers, directors, agents, volunteers and members. (There is an additional release form that must be signed and brought to our IN-PERSON Rehearsals with your child. Upon registration we will email that form to you.)
