This application form is for monthly recurring event runners; upon filling this out and getting approved we will automatically take the information provided and add it to our calendar.
If we have the man power and availability we will have an event blogger create a Gallery post to include in your coverage upon request below.

Our base event coverage services provides:

  • Event duration (Opening/Closing dates)
  • short Description/text
  • Links to your submitted Location(s) /Website
  • Gallery - optional (or Link to your own)

 ❑ Advertising for the post shared on

  3. E.I. Facebook
  4. E.I. FB group 
  5. In-world Notice in Essential inventory Updates group
  6. E.I. Discord shoppers community
. 
 ❑ Email-Marketing (subscription based) by request.

⚜ NOTE: Please submit the necessary details i.e ads, logos of your brand and etc. required/needed for your coverage three (3) DAYS PRIOR to the date of the coverage you've chosen.
We will disregard bookings for submissions made within less than 3 days.
