Thank you for your interest in being an art vendor at the NOLA Funk Festival.  Please note that vendor spaces are limited and that once approved, vendor acceptance will be on a first come, first serve basis, pending approval by the festival.  Final date for applications, payments, and documents to be submitted is Sept 1st by 12:00 noon Central Time.  When accepted, we'll notify you with information regarding next steps to secure your spot.  Festival to provide:   power provided by generator, one clamp light and one 8' folding table.  VENDOR TO SUPPLY THEIR OWN 10 X 10 TENT WITH WEIGHTED DOWN LEGS.

By Completing and submitting this application, you agree to cooperate and comply with the following:

• Vendor Fee is $350- Upon acceptance to the festival information and PAYMENT IN FULL will be provided by Sept. 1, 2024.
• Vendors are required to sell products during the NFF Hours of Operation.  (Fri. 3-10PM/Sat/Sun. 12-10PM)

Vendors are required to provide:  

1. Special Events Occupational License for city/parish of New Orleans.
2. A fire extinguisher that is to code with the New Orleans Fire Marshall.
3. Art Vendors will be located directly across Barracks St from 400 Esplanade Ave.  The Art Market will be set up in the French Market Triangle.
4. Vendors are expected to clean entire booth area.  Cleaning crews will collect trash at the end of the day, however, please leave booth in a manner that is clean and organized.
5. Sales Report and feedback form to Nola Funk Festival post festival.

Information Must Be Submitted By Sept 1st, 2023.  12:00 noon Central Time.  There are many vendors requesting to participate, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
