Indoor Worship Health and Safety
If you are attending in person worship, please confirm the following that on December 24th:
You are not experiencing any of the following:
o Temperature over 100.4 degrees
o Cold or flu symptoms, including cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, runny nose or body aches
o A new loss of taste or smell
In the last 14 days:
o You have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 or are not awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test.
o You have not been told to self-isolate or self-quarantine by a medical practitioner, hospital, health agency, or traveled to a location triggering a self-quarantine in accordance with state guidelines.
o You have not been in close contact with anyone who is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or who has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
If within 14 days after attending worship, you test positive for COVID-19, you will notify the church.
Masks must be worn for indoor worship and we ask that you maintain social distancing as much as possible.
Bathrooms will be available for one person/family at a time.
