All athletes who want their total from the 2024 Nationals Week to be considered for the 2024 Junior World Championships must complete the below form. This form must be completed no later than May 16, 2024 by 2pm MT. Failure to complete this form by the mentioned deadline will result in any results from the 2024 Nationals Week, not counting for the 2024 IWF World Junior Championships.
