21st Century Community Learning Centers SCYC Survey
This spring, School Community Youth Collaborative intends to apply for a 21st Century Community Learning Center grant for Montezuma Cortez High School and Southwest Open School. The 21st Century grant can provide out of school time activities for students before school, after school, during school breaks, and on weekends. SCYC understands that this is a valuable service to provide to youth within our community and would like to hear from the community, partners, potential partners and valuable stakeholders. If you would like to provide input to SCYC on out of school time programming for High School youth in our community please take a few moments to complete this survey.
