We ask that you READ and complete the application below in a timely manner. Once your application is reviewed and APPROVED, you will be invoiced. There is a NON REFUNDABLE deposit ($100) due to secure your spot at that time. After the deposit is received, you will be invoiced for the remaining amount. ALL invoices MUST be paid IN FULL by the due date. All deposits and booth fees are NON REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
This is a one (1) day OUTDOOR event.
Set up:
You will need to provide a canopy or an event tent WITH WEIGHTS. Set up time will be from 6am-8:45am. You MUST be ready for customers by 9am. There is limited electricity available. Electrical spots will be booked, first come first serve. If you will be using electricity, you are responsible to bring your own equipment (power strip , extension cord, etc). You may bring a small generator to use in your assigned area. (Battery powered lights work great!) Vendors are also responsible for their booth set up, table, chairs, and any other equipment needed during the event.
*This is a family friendly event. The use of profanity, slurs, other abusive language, offensive images, lewd language or images that promotes illegal or harmful activity, or has the potential to cause damage or injury to the venue, staff, or public, will not be allowed.*
Inclement Weather Policy
If the City of Rogers decides the weather conditions are unsafe and the event is canceled, the "rain out" date is scheduled for December 9, 2023 same place and time. If over 50% of the event has passed, there will NOT be an inclement weather date. All participating Vendors and Exhibitors should be prepared for every type of weather.
Booth Staffing:
Exhibitors and/or representative staff of assistants must be on hand and available to the public for all public hours of the event. Event staff will be available for breaks if needed.
Food Trucks/Vendors:
You will need to provide your own equipment and licensing.
