While we know the world is still in a state of flux in regards to events, we need to begin preparing for this year's events. There is a chance these events may be canceled if it is deemed to be unsafe. In the interim, we're in constant communication with event runners to make sure our participation is as safe as possible.

This form is not a binding agreement to work a show, merely an indication of your interest at this time. If any details change for events you are interested in, we'll be sure to let you know.

😷 Safety precautions at our booth 😷
While each show has their own code of conduct and safety precautions, we are outlining these standards for our booth at each show:
- Full series of vaccines (as defined by CDC: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/stay-up-to-date.html) are required for staff and demoers physically attending a show.
- KN95 masks are required for staff and demoers. We will provide these to the team!
🎲 Compensation for shifts 🎲
- $15 per hour (sent via Paypal after the show).
- Pandasaurus branded t-shirts (to be worn during shift).
- 2 free games (valued up to $100) picked up at show, and 50% off games bought at booth.
- Exhibitor badge (allows early access to exhibit hall!).

📅 Minimum four hours per day for part-time. 1 hour lunch break included for full-time.
