Sample Asheville Expo Vendor Registration 2019
We are excited to have you with us this summer as a Sample Asheville vendor! Our students and families are excited to get to know the Asheville community and thoroughly enjoy getting to have one-on-one interactions with businesses during embark Orientation!

2019 embark Orientation Dates:

Set-up begins at 7:30 am, Expo will be held from 8 - 9 am.

Freshmen embark Sessions

Thursday, June 20, 2019
Monday, June 24, 2019
Thursday, June 27, 2019
Set-up begins at 8:30 am, Expo will be held from 9 - 10:30 am.

Space is limited and we will be offering spots on a first come, first served basis.  Registration and payment must be received by June 5, 2019 in order to secure your spot. Payment can be made by credit/debit at https://2019sampleasheville.eventbrite.com, or by cash or check. Please make checks payable to UNC Asheville and send payment to:

There are discounts available for those who register early. You can also contact the UNCA Transition and Parent Programs office to discuss sponsorship opportunities for our programs. Please contact the Director, Tamaica Jackson at tjackso1@unca.edu for more information.

We will do our best to place tables under tents or in the shade but please note, these expos will be outside weather permitting. You are welcome to bring your own tent.

*Expo Rules and Regulations:  Exhibitors renting space will be given one (1) 6’ table, chair, sign and tablecloth for display use.  Expo space is available on a first come, first served basis.  Exhibitors must be set up 15 minutes prior to the start of the Expo.  If an exhibitor does not arrive and is not set up prior to the Expo, the space may be given to another exhibitor.  Coupons, discount pricing, candy/food, and other printed incentives may be distributed.  The opening of accounts, reservation of services and employment applications are permitted during the Expo.
