I understand that cycling is an inherently dangerous sport. I understand that Valley Spokesmen Bicycle Club (VSBC) and Valley Spokesmen Racing Team (VSRT) cannot and will not be held responsible for any injury my self, my child or my ward receives while riding my/their bike during an AYC event. I also understand that the suitability and safety of the equipment used by my my self, my child or my ward are my responsibility, and VSBC/VSRT cannot be held responsible for any injuries resulting from the failure of said equipment, nor will VSBC or VSRT be held responsible for repairing, replacing or maintaining any such equipment.
