Middle School Registration is due Friday, September 13, 2021.

Registration Documentation Requirements
-B-4 Form Should be turned in by September 13th to be able to be confirmed for the event and participate.
-ALL students in attendance on the bus must have an A-1, A-2 and A-3.
-List of student names that will participate on the day of (must have an A-1 and Student Profile on file or have one by the date of the event)
-Photo release forms are required as well for all students and will be collected by Shantini onsite.
