You can take all measurements yourself with a regular tape measure. We recommend letting a local tailor or a fashionable friend with a medical affinity help you – at this point: Hello supporters! You'll be the ones reading this guide more intensely and we hope it is clear and concise and allows you to learn a bit about human anatomy.

For the best fit, please take all measurements on or close to the skin, not above trousers or jackets. Thank you.

We will use INCHES. Measurements should be accurate to at least 1/2".
