Elementary End of Day Transportation 23-24

Parents/Guardians are required to let the Elementary office know when there is a change to the normal end of day transportation for their child. Requesting the appropriate Day Pass will ensure your child is sent to the desired location at the end of the school day.

Types of Day Passes Include:

  • Early release from school (before 2:45 Lindsey; 3:00 Westwood)
  • End of day car rider pick up line
  • Transfer bus from Lindsey to Westwood for parent pick up with Westwood sibling
  • Staying for approved activity immediately after school

If your student needs permanent transportation for childcare, you must submit the Childcare Request form found on the Transportation page. Once approved, if your child will be riding a bus for childcare only on select days of the week, complete the last section of this form so the office is aware where to send your child each day.

This form is open from 4:00 pm – 9:30 am daily and all weekend. Please complete this form by 9:30 am on the day the change will occur.
