Contestant Attestation

By entering the Miss Gay Delaware America Pageant, contestant (you) agree, if I am selected as the Official Miss Gay Delaware America, I will be obligated to conform to the standards of acceptance (to be determined by Mad Angel Entertainment and Scarlet Kitten Entertainment) for personal bookings whether it is to perform, entertain, emcee, or otherwise appear at any show, contest, benefit, function, parade, or gathering. Any and all said performances and appearances will be approved, in advance, through the executive office of Scarlet Kitten Entertainment. I also agree that I will not utilize silicone or other type of body enhancement product or injection below the neck during my reign as Miss Gay Delaware America. Failure to comply with these rules will be cause for immediate forfeiture of the crown, title of Miss Gay Delaware America, all prize money awarded (un-disbursed and disbursed) and appearance stream as the official Miss Gay Delaware America. It is further agreed that in the event that the title and crown are revoked, I clearly understand that I will be required to repay any cash prize, including the value (determined by Scarlet Kitten Entertainment) of the non-cash prizes received, as a result of my selection as Miss Gay Delaware America. A promoter, Mad Angel Entertainment, or Scarlet Kitten Entertainment can prohibit a contestant from competing for any reason to protect their brand and image. I clearly understand and acknowledge that the rules and regulations and my commitment to Mad Angel Entertainment and Scarlet Kitten Entertainment is transferable to the successor and or assigns of Mad Angel Entertainment or Scarlet Kitten Entertainment.

Furthermore, I agree to appear at the next Miss Gay Delaware America Pageant, without compensation, other than the remainder of the prize package due to Miss Gay Delaware America. I understand that I will be responsible for the prompt payment of all expenses at the time they are incurred. Scarlet Kitten Entertainment will furnish a contract and job description, for my employment during my reign as Miss Gay Delaware America, which shall be signed prior to the official commencement of my reign as Miss Gay Delaware America. I have previously read and understand the job descriptions of Miss Gay America and will abide by the job description requirements and other requirements from Mad Angel Entertainment and Scarlet Kitten Entertainment, including but not limited to those noted in the Miss Gay America Promoters Handbook and Contract for Employment. This agreement, including all rules and regulations (published or otherwise) of the Miss Gay America Pageant system shall also apply to any alternate positions of the Miss Gay America pageant system.

I further attest that all of the information submitted as part of the Miss Gay Delaware America 2024 Contestant Application is true and accurate. By signing below, I further attest that my Stage Name and Given Name are one in the same, for the purpose of acknowledging and agreeing to all of the terms and conditions of the Miss Gay America pageant system, now known or hereafter deemed (by Mad Angel Entertainment, it successors and/or assigned) to be policy and procedure of the Miss Gay America pageant system. Additionally, by signing below, I attest that I am male, a citizen of the United States of America, 21 years of age, have received no hormonal therapy, silicone enhancement below the neck or any other body augmentation below the neck and was clearly qualified to enter the preliminary pageant(s) that qualified me for the Miss Gay America 2024 pageant.

I understand that by completing this application, I will be sent a request from Zachary Workman and/or Scarlet Entertainment to complete payment for the non-refundable application fee of $125. I understand that in the case that I drop out from the pageant for any reason or are removed from the pageant for any reason by Zach Workman, a representative of Scarlet Kitten Entertainment, or Mad Angel Entertainment, that I will not receive back the non-refundable $125 fee.

I understand that all lightning requests, additional talent performer statements and information worksheets, signed contracts, evening gown questionnaire, talent questionnaire, and any additional paperwork and promo requests must be complete 30 days prior to the pageant. Should this not be completed, the contestant (you) is at risk of not being able to compete

I understand that Presentation is no longer a scored category towards the title of Miss Gay Northern Delaware America, Miss Gay Delaware America, or Miss Gay America, but that presentation is expected as a category to be walked in the pageant. I understand that the winner of presentation will be given a gift to be selected by the pageant director Zachary Workman/Scarlet Masters the first year and then the Miss Gay Delaware title holder in subsequent years as tradition
