I understand that by participating in this volunteer event with Waste-Free Dayton that there are inherent risks involved, and I assume any and all risks that might be associated with the event. I hereby release Waste-Free Dayton, the City of Dayton, Ohio, as well as their representatives, employees, officials, volunteers, successors and assigns for any and all injuries and damage to me or my property in said event, and agree to hold the above harmless from any claims. I understand that I am solely responsible for my health and safety in connection with the event, and I acknowledge that I am physically capable of participating in the event. I further give my permission for the free use of my name, likeness or voice in the use of any photo, film or videotape of the event for any purpose. *
