KN95 Student Request Form

MacDowell will have KN95 masks available for a student that requests one. KN95 Masks are designed to be worn for a full week and will be given out on the first school day of the week. If a student’s KN95 gets soiled or lost we will offer them a surgical mask as a replacement.
