WHO? Joshua Abuaku

25 year old olympic track and field athlete (400m hurdles) Joshua Abuaku will be our next guest.
He lives and trains in Frankfurt but studies Sports and Performance at SpoHo. He will tell us something about his experiences with sports psychology during his career and give us some olympic insights.

His motto: Good things take time!
