Bursary Application Form 2023

In January 2024, we will award up to four $750 bursaries to adults who are working toward a grade 12 certificate or grade 12 equivalency (GED). Vulnerable populations will be given preference. 

To qualify for a bursary, you must be an adult who: 

  • Has not completed grade 12 or GED
  • Has been out of the public school system for at least 2 years
  • Has been or will be enrolled to work toward your GED through a college, technical or trade school, or private training between January 1 - December 31, 2023. Your classes may be online or in person. 

Important Information 
  • Completed applications must be received by 4pm on January 17, 2024
  • We will not accept applications that are incomplete
  • This is an award and will not affect your income for the purposes of EI or social assistance

  • All winners are required to travel to Charlottetown to receive their bursary. We will cover travel costs.
