Ardmore Music Hall Refund Requests
Please submit the information below to request a refund.

For Rescheduled Show Refund Requests:

- Please refer to the email you received about the show being rescheduled for refund options and timeline.
- Be sure to select the proper reason for your request.
- You will be notified within 5 business days of AMH receiving this request as to what to expect next.

If your show was canceled, all tickets are refunded via the point of purchase. If you bought online or in person via credit card, you will be refunded automatically by See Tickets. Refunds are typically sent per ticket, so look for multiple credits if you ordered multiple tickets.

** If you paid cash at the box office, please fill out the form below and select "Cash Refund Due" as the reason for your request. 

For all other requests, we will review and get back to you within 5 business days regarding approval.
