Warren County, Ohio: cities, villages, townships and publicly owned parks are eligible to apply for up to a $10,000 grant in order to establish a rain garden on public property. Grant funds will be distributed by first come, first serve, though priority will be given to projects within municipal separate sewer systems (MS4s) communities. MS4 communities are permitted to only have one project accepted per year.
