2019 Abbotsford International Airshow Media Application Form
The Abbotsford Airshow Society is pleased to welcome Press/Media from designated Media Outlets who are covering the Abbotsford Airshow for current events coverage, and for trade publications. Freelance photographers who are not on assignment for an approved agency are invited to purchase passes for our Nikon Photo Experience.

ALL media credentials applications for the 2019 Abbotsford International Airshow must take place online.
No applications will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail.
Please read the information below before continuing with the application form.

Each media outlet will be asked to provide ONE primary contact person for the organization.
This person must make the credentials request for all those journalists attending from that outlet. Do not have each journalist apply for credentials individually. AIAS will review this list to ensure that there is only one contact from each media outlet. All others from the same outlet will be declined.
Applications that do not include current contact phone numbers and e-mail addresses will not be accepted.
International journalists should apply early enough to meet any visa and/or passport requirements that are necessary.
The number of media credentials issued to each media outlet will be limited to a reasonable number at the discretion of AIAS. Any personnel over that limit will be subject to regular admission prices.

An e-mail will be sent when your credential request is approved. In late July, the primary contact for each approved media outlet will receive additional information regarding parking, grounds, entry, and other information.
Media application deadline: July 26, 2019.

A letter of support from the Editor or Publisher, previously published or broadcasted work, and/or statistics for social or online content may be requested to support this application. Press Credentials are issued at the sole discretion of the Abbotsford International Airshow Society, including the number of representatives accredited from each outlet.
