We are flexible with camp! If missing hours/days, please prorate the cost to $12/hr.

Cash or Check (written out to Ben Wolfe) should be given on the first day of camp. See top of form for pricing.

All kids will need lunch, pool gear (if swimming) and extra sunscreen/water.

By registering, you assume full responsibility for yourself and/or your children for any injuries, damages or losses which may occur and do hereby fully and forever release and discharge (1) the Village of Castle Pines and its employees; and (2) Ben Wolfe and (3) the coaches and assistants of Castle Rock Tennis from any claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of your use of facilities and equipment. By registering, I indicate that I have read the above and fully understand and agree with the terms and conditions.

Photo Release: I hereby grant the Village of Castle Pines Village and Castle Rock Tennis the right and license to use my child’s image or likeness in Castle Rock materials for internal and external audiences. These materials may include, but are not limited to, monthly reports, advertisements, brochures, the recreation guide, electronic newsletters and the Castle Rock Tennis website. If you would like to be exempt from this authorization, please notify Coach Ben Wolfe.
