Based on recent communication with Kern County Health Department and the State's latest "Blueprint for a Safer Economy" it appears there may be a window of opportunity for bringing our students back to campus in the foreseeable future. Based on that information it is vitally important that we are able to accurately assess the number of students who may be returning to campus.
