Earth Week Kick-Off Festival Org Sign-Up
SERC’s Earth Week Kick-off Festival is an outdoor collaborative event for all students to celebrate Earth Week. The event will be held on April 17 from 2-5pm on the glade (location tentatively confirmed)! We are hoping to have fun picnic vibes with live music. SERC will also be bringing a popcorn machine and doing a merch giveaway! We envision the entire environmental community hanging out on the glade, visiting booths, and making new friends. We are seeking groups to host booths at the event. Booths can sell baked goods, host small craft making, or simply advertise their club or other environmental resources. Clubs are expected to bring their own signage and table/blanket. If you need any supplies, they can be requested from SERC. Please fill out the attached form if you are interested in participating.
