Use this form to request transportation to Holy Week and Easter services in town (coordinated by Spiritual Life and Campus Safety). The options listed are based on information we were able to obtain, but you can use the "Other" option to make a different request. Please indicate at the bottom of the form if you need a ride because of a mobility/medical/accessibility need. Please note that Campus Safety can only provide transport to services within Albion city limits. You must submit this form at least three business days prior to the service you wish to attend.
