Hi everyone,

Our tour guide from this year's Japan tour, Taichi, would like to bring 30 people to Sydney to be part of Sydney Gay & Lesbian Choir's 2020 Mardi Gras Parade(MGP) entry.

It will be a good way to continue the support of the Japanese LGBTQIA community & a University that is very proactive with LGBTQIA Issues.

We want to ask all members if you are happy to invite the Japanese delegates & how many of them do you think is fair.

We will have a total of 77 tickets to sell for our 2020 MGP entry.

If we do agree to inviting all 30 of the Japanese delegation, there will be 47 tickets remaining for SGLC members to purchase.

The Japanese delegation would be made up of the following -

10 - the Japanese people that joined our float this year for the 2019 parade(Part of the LGBTQIA community - for those members who were not part of our 2019 parade entry, each of these delegates were excited, very respectful & their wonderful energy made them a joy to march with us).

20 - Made up of students & Teachers of the University from Fukuoka, an all female student university, which is where we performed our second to last concert in Japan. They were all very excited about our performance & loved us.
