Please complete this form if you are eligible and plan on driving to school beginning on the 1st day of school. If you are not able to drive yet, you must wait to complete the form once you are able to drive to school. Parking permit hangars will be issued from the main office once this form has been completed.

There is no fee at the time of registration for the 2021-2022 school year. The only time you will owe money is if you lose your original parking hangar and need a replacement. The replacement fee is $2.00. We will be issuing parking spots in the order we receive the completed form based on the designated parking lot. Seniors will be parking in the front parking lot. Juniors will have some spaces in the front lot and the remaining spaces in the back parking lot. All other students will be parking in the back parking lot. The front parking lot will be numbered in the 100's and the back parking lot will be numbered in the 300's.

By completing this form you are agreeing to the Parking and Driving to School guidelines outlined in the Student Handbook. Driving to school is a privilege. If at any time during the year your vehicle changes, please let us know in the main office.

Students may pick up their hangar starting the week of August 10th.
