The Stisted Neighbourhood Plan is a land use plan informing development in the parish to 2033. Once the Plan is in place, it will be used to determine planning applications in the parish along with the Braintree Local Plan. It will hold as much weight in this process as the Local Plan. This is the first formal public consultation on the draft Neighbourhood Plan so it is really important that we get your views about the Plan.
