July 30, 2023: Yoga with Tania (+ optional meal + farm work)

Yoga with Tania will happen from 10-11am on Sunday July 30th at Kasama Farm in Hood River. If you'd like to stay longer, from 11-12 we will provide lunch. From 12-2pm we will be doing farm work. We will send an address out a few days before the event.

Please bring with you the following:
- water bottle
-yoga mat and/or towel to practice on
- sunscreen
- snack
- waterbottle
- work gloves (If you'd like to do some farm work)


We have an outdoor composting toilet that you will be able to use. It's basically a toilet seat on a bucket in the barn.  This event is open to BIPOC and white people.

Creating Sacred Space
We will have a dambana (altar) at the farm. You are invited to bring with you an item that represents your ancestors or gratitude to the land to place on the altar or to offer to the land. (Examples could include: a photo, a food that your ancestors loved, a shell, your favorite snack, water).

If you stay to do farm work, those activities may include: shoveling, moving materials, using wheelbarrows, kneeling, squatting and bending, Please state any access needs so that we can accommodate your participating. Please state N/A if you will not stay for farm work. *
