Thanks for your interest in procuring a vendor booth for our Seventh Annual Railroad Square Music Festival!

The festival will be held on Sunday, June 11th. We are expecting over 6,000 people in Santa Rosa’s Railroad Square and they are going to be looking to purchase food, clothing, jewelry, and trinkets of all kinds!  We also love to feature local educational and non-profit booths at the event.

Food Booth Fees:
Medium (10 x 10) - $300
Large (10 x 20 or truck) - $350

Crafter (and other goods for sale) Booth Fees:
Medium (10 x 10) - $170

Educational and Non-Profit booth fees are decided individually

All vendors bring their own pop-up tents and any materials they need. Load in is the morning of the event (before 10am, specifics to be mailed out before the festival), and load out is after the event is over at 7:30pm. Some locations in the festival may allow for an earlier load out - please note below if you have any time constraints.

We are not able to provide WiFi or free power for any booths. There are ATMs in the neighborhood. If you need to rent power, please let us know
