Dear Regatta Vendors,

Thank you so much for expressing interest in being a vendor for our regattas during the 2024 Season. We greatly appreciate your interest in being part of the Regatta Experience for the incoming rowers and spectators!

We will select vendors on a regatta by regatta basis throughout the year. Completing this application does not automatically allow you to vend at an event.  Vendors will be contacted by the organization should they be selected as a vendor.  In general, vendors are first come first chosen, but we are carefully select vendors so we do not have more than one vendor serving a particular food or merchandise type (such as two hot dog vendors on the venue at the same time). Rules and Regulations for each regatta may differ due to the different needs and host organizations coming in, so please be sure to read the vendor contract and fill it out thoroughly.  

Please check our “Vendor Information” section of our website on a regular basis to stay up to date with the upcoming regattas and contracts.  A Regatta Calendar is available on our website if needed.
