By means of the Feeding The Change Fund (Imperfect Produce) and Impact Grant (The Pollination Project), to make sure everyone has access to healthy food during the COVID-19 pandemic and the ensuing social crisis, Grace is partnering with Chicago Is For Hustlers LLC to provide direct emergency food assistance to all residents from South, South East and South Suburb communities who qualify. Those whom are selected will receive bi-weekly "produce pack" drop offs with an assortment of fresh produce and non perishable food, as supplies last. Note that resources are limited, so we are asking that only those with immediate severe hardship and emergency circumstances apply.
