Sign up for a time slot below.  Or, add your name to a waitlist for a time slot.  We will notify you at least 10 hours in advance if a space becomes available.

Please note -- space is extremely limited.  If you sign up for a spot and do not cancel 12 hours prior to the session time, your player will not be able to participate in the following week's workout.   If this happens on more than one occasion your player will not be able to participate in winter workouts for the season.
