FAFSA Night
Tuesday, October 8th
5 PM - 8 PM @ CHS Library
Bring your Chromebook!!!

Open to all senior students and parents. Bring 2018 tax documents (including W-2 forms). Drop into the event for individual help with completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Expect to spend about 45 minutes to an hour working on the application. The FAFSA should be completed by any student planning to attend college (including community college) next year. A FAFSA needs to be submitted in order to access government grants, loans, and work-study. Many independent scholarship organizations will also require a FAFSA in order for you to receive consideration. In other words, do the FAFSA!

*** PLEASE NOTE: The FAFSA may take up to an hour for you to complete. Please arrive by 7:00 to guarantee completion by the end of the event.

To shorten time spent on your FAFSA, you may create an FSA ID now. One parent will also need to make an FSA ID. Complete the sign up here: https://fsaid.ed.gov/npas/index.htm
