This retreat will include: exploring one of the 7 Wonder of The World Machu Picchu, going on powerful meditative hikes led by local Peruvians, daily yoga, meditation, or workshop led by different teachers from my book, an ecstatic dance in the place where I met my highest self, a heart opening cacao and Kirtan ceremony with the local community, a powerful temeszal ceremony (sweat lodge) led by a local medicine woman, a transformational breath work session, 7 nights at a beautiful home where my book takes place, and vegetarian/vegan meals included!
