You would like to privately talk to one of the Borough Council members about certain matters that are important to you, but you can't come in person? Make a telephone appointment!

Once a month, these meetings provide you with the opportunity to discuss on a one-on-one basis with a member of Borough Council. During these meetings:

• Discussions are held on a one-on-one basis, in the order in which residents register. However, please note that priority is given to face-to-face meetings.  You will therefore be called between 7 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.
• Each meeting lasts 10 minutes and follow-up is ensured by the elected official present.
