I understand that as a condition of WNFC's permission to permit me to capture images at IX CUP events, I agree to do the following: 1)To capture and depict only those images, videos, media, and photographs that show WNFC positively and professionally and that maintain its brand, public image, and good will. 2)To conduct myself in a positive, professional manner and to maintain, protect, and preserve the WNFC brand, image, and good will of WNFC at all times while I attend any IX CUP event. 3)A white WNFC logo is to be watermarked on all images for social media and that WNFC is to be mentioned and hashtagged in all social media posts and to request your customers to as well (@wnfcfootball, #wnfc and #IXCUP). 4)Any image to be sold or distributed in any manner for commercial/media purposes requires written permission to be granted by WNFC prior to any distribution, use or sale. 5)Photographer retains the rights to sell and distribute images and video taken at the event for personal use only. 5)WNFC retains all the media rights to any photos or videos taken at the event and may use photographs or video for website and marketing materials. I understand there may be financial penalties for noncompliance with the WNFC media policy. *
