Once the deposit of €500 is done you are registered as a participant and we count on your participation and payment of deposit. If for some reason you are unable to participate, the following cancellation conditions apply: Cancellation by you = you loose your deposit. If we for some reason cancel the retreat, you get your deposit back. Your ticket is transferable. I agree with this cancellation policy.
