Instrumental Open Enrollment 2020-2021
Thank you so much if your family has already filled out our previous survey. From that data, the Elementary Instrumental Teachers have made the decision for Instrumental to be optional for families this year.

If your family is interested in participating this year please fill out the following enrollment form. Once your form is submitted, your child is considered enrolled in instrumental music for the school year.

If you've selected that you will be going out to a local music store to rent an instrument (and all of necessary equipment) you mind a find a list of them by clicking here (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Opllo5ShUBL-1ihUabUBUpm0Y3z02hxwC6mVSXAsojs/edit?usp=sharing).

For families selecting financial assistance in the form of renting one from Shoreline School District, please wait for further information to be sent home.

Due to the unique nature of schooling this year, we are only able to offer the following instruments. If the instrument your child wants to play is not on this list, please select the most desired option. Switching to other instruments is common and offered in Middle School Band/Orchestra. If you have selected a string instrument, please provide the size of instrument that your child will need.
