Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the 2019 artWalk in celebration of the City of WIndcrest's 60th anniversary! This inaugural art event is presented in partnership by the volunteer group artVibes and City of Windcrest. This free and family friendly event will be held on Oct 19, 2019 from 4-8pm at Windcrest Golf Club. Event attendees will have the opportunity to view mid-century inspired art of all disciplines and meet with those artists while enjoying food, children's art activities, and music.
We are excited to offer a variety of sponsorship opportunities to fit all budgets. Sponsor by August 23 to be included in early event materials! All payments will be processed by City of Windcrest, and delivery of goods and services provided by artVibes. $250 Artist Sponsor: This level includes signage at that artist's station featuring your name announcing you as their presenting sponsor, along with inclusion of your sponsorship (with logo) on the event map. (Only 9 available)

$500 Event Sponsor: Your name or logo listed on all printed advertising materials as a proud sponsor of this event. Printed materials to include (but not limited to): posters, fliers, programs. Sponsor by August 25 to be included on early promotional items!

Program Ad $250: Full page B/W ad in our event program. Design and layout to be provided by sponsor and due by Oct 1, 2019.

Program Ad $125: Half page B/W ad in our event program. Design and layout to be provided by sponsor and due by Oct 1, 2019

Program Ad $75: Quarter page B/W ad in our event program. Design and layout to be provided by sponsor and due by Oct 1, 2019

Program Ad $25: Your name or logo included on our "Proudly Supported By" page in our program.
