Dear Applicant,
Be warned that this isn't your normal application. I'm going to ask you some potentially "probing" questions.
There is a reason for this so trust this process and please answer the questions as honestly as possible.
The main reason is that if we don't properly identify your gaps, then you won't get the results you want.
So I guess you could say: "your success depends on it."
Coaching is $500 for 1 hour per month broken into two 30 minute sessions. All coaching agreements have a minimum 3 month commitment.
