PPTC Trail Training Signup
Thanks for the interest in running trails with PPTC! Last year we took the focus off of ultra-distance, and are working on making things accessible to people wanting to run any distance in the mountains and woods! That said, if you have longer distance aspirations, we'll be able to help with that, too! Our major goal races will continue to be in May of each year, but we'll keep doing workouts together and doing field trips as a group year-round.

Please note that there is no need to have previously run an ultra or trails, but if you are using this group to train for a goal race we'd recommend that you have at least 5 hours per week to devote to training.

Feel free to email trailtraining@pptc.org if you have any questions or comments that aren't addressed by the questionnaire. All answers will be kept confidential.

Cheers,

-Adam Devine

I have read the previous paragraphs and I know, understand, and appreciate these and other risks that are inherent in training for and participating in road, trail, and track running and racing and any conditioning and cross training activities associated with that training. I hereby assert that my participation is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all such risks.

INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS
I also agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Coach Adam Devine from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees brought as a result of my involvement in his training programs.

SEVERABILITY
The undersigned further expressly agrees that the foregoing waiver and assumptions of risks agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the State of New York and that if any portion thereof is invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING
I have read this waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement consisting of this page, fully understand its terms, and I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am submitting this form agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my completion and submission to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
